Founder

Maxime Rabéchault

Founder of UNREST, Maxime starts from a simple observation: organizations and managers are now exposed to an unprecedented increase in uncertainty. In this context, being well-trained or informed is no longer enough; we need to have adequate cognitive-behavioral resources.

However, most leadership development systems still rely on static personality tests. They produce reassuring categories, but prove to be ineffective in the face of the brutal reality of transformations.

An approach at the confluence of health and performance

To break with these theoretical models, Maxime chose to cross two fundamental pillars:

  • The WHO framework : it allows us to consider change through the prism of Psychosocial Skills (CPS). For the World Health Organization, these capacities are the foundation that allows an individual to respond effectively to the requirements and challenges of daily life.
  • The psychology of organizations with an Anglo-Saxon tradition : Maxime supports the UNREST protocol with scientific research (especially American and British), recognized for its approach pragmatic and results-oriented. This discipline does not treat change as an abstract concept, but as a set of behaviors that are measurable and developable in action.

UNREST was born from this ambition: to transform these psychological resources into real strategic levers. By making agility cognitive operational, UNREST helps decision makers to strengthen their performance and resilience in an environment where the only constant is uncertainty.

Our history

A common ambition

UNREST relies on a team of practitioners trained inParis Dauphine-PSL University, in management sciences And in Organizational psychology.

We share a common academic base, a strong methodological requirement and a clear conviction: the ability to deal with change is becoming the key skill to develop in these times of radical uncertainty.

All our stakeholders have a vSignificant professional experience in business and of a specialization directly linked to UNREST programs (resilience, agility, psychological security, collective intelligence, etc.).

We are heirs of the cognitive-behavioral approach, action-oriented, learning and measurable transformation. We consider the resilience as a trainable skill, in the same way as managerial or decision-making skills.

That is why we refuse the fuzzy and falsely benevolent coaching, inspirational discourses without a framework, and leadership development disconnected from organizational realities.

Our ambition is clear: help sustainably, by providing structured methods, proven tools and observable results, not above-ground, complacent... and counterproductive well-being support.

Our values

To be useful. Now and permanently.

In a context of polycrisis, it is time to deploy functional approaches, rooted in reality and at the service of individuals.

1
Confidence
Because change is a skill, everyone can develop it.
2
Requirement
Because, like any apprenticeship, change requires discipline.
3
Fraternity
Because no one can transform themselves sustainably alone.
